Each year, Chamber Music America unites the leaders driving artistic excellence, organizational resilience, and field-wide innovation.
This is not simply a conference, it is the moment when our field aligns to move forward.
A central forum for dialogue and cross-sector collaboration, this is a space to think critically, act boldly, and lead responsibly.
At a time of rapid change across the entire performing arts landscape, the conversations here influence programming, funding strategies, and the field’s collective future.
This August, join us for three days of interactive sessions, peer exchange, and industry-specific commerce.
Set against the dynamism of Chicago, Chamber Music America’s National Conference unfolds in one of the nation’s great cultural capitals. Take full advantage of its offerings—the city’s rich history and expansive artistic range will be on full display.
This is your chance to invigorate your practice, rekindle your artistic joy, and take part in the essential gathering for chamber music. You won't just attend sessions. You’ll help shape what’s next.
The Conference’s more than 70 distinguished speakers and performers are changemakers: award-winning artists, executive innovators, and national thought leaders whose work is shaping the arts landscape. A Conference pass gives you direct access to those propelling the field.
Discovery: Encounter bold ideas, emerging artists, and new models that expand your perspective and challenge the status quo.
Skill-Building: Sharpen practical competencies—fundraising, governance, marketing, and operations—that power sustainable success.
Creation & Innovation: Explore boundary-pushing artistry and leave with actionable strategies to advance your own creative work.
Education: Engage with impactful approaches to pedagogy, mentorship, and access that shape the future of our field.
Collaboration: Forge meaningful cross-sector partnerships that spark shared programming and collective advocacy beyond the Conference.

Since 2023, Camerata Nova has commissioned seven new works for a contemporary woodwind quintet of flute, oboe, clarinet, saxophone, and bassoon. Central to the ensemble's mission is a guiding question: How do we generate repertoire for a novel instrumentation? Beginning March 1, those interested in securing a table should email Brenden O'Hanlon denoting interest.
On March 15, each organization that has expressed interest in purchasing an exhibit table will be entered into a drawing to complete registration.
Organizations or businesses who wish to exhibit who have outstanding invoices will not be accepted.
One way to guarantee an exhibit table in the Camelia Exhibit Hall is through a Bronze-Level ($5,000 or above) Sponsorship. Inquire with Erica Murase for more information.
